Phone Support
Prior to placing a telephone call to Protean
Logic consider the following guidelines:

If applicable, have your computer up and running with
a TICkit connected to the device.

Have a multi-meter handy if possible

Have an e-mail connection available (if you have
another phone line) so we can send you files or links to different
resources on our website.
Technical Support is available between the hours of 7:00
a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time, Monday through Friday at (303)
828-9156. Our goal is to answer your questions quickly, efficiently
and correctly so you can proceed with your project and we can answer the
next customer's question. Please note that technical support phone calls
are limited to 20 minutes each.
